Election of Officers for the fiscal year 2006-2007: Slate to be presented by Jay Holland, additional nominations, if any, from Board members. Motion to approve election of officers for the 2006-07 fiscal year.
Motion to approve the resolution regarding the payment of funds for local participation in road improvements at the Baker Road and 1-94 interchange.
Motion to recommend approval by the Township Board of the contract between WCRC and Scio Township for ROW acquisition payments. This resolution was being drafted as the agenda was being prepared and will be available prior to the DDA meeting.
Motion to reappoint Nancy Hedberg as Landscaping Consultant for the 2006-07 fiscal year.
Motion to reappoint Richard A. DeLong as Executive Director for the 2006-07 fiscal year.
Motion to approve the DDA Budget for the 2006-07 fiscal year
Motion to recommend a Financial Consultant for the Jackson Road Phase III project based on the recommendation of the Township Manager.
