Vice Chairman Weaver called the meeting to order at 5:30 PM

Members Present: Colvin, Holland, Luckhardt, Nielsen and Weaver

Members Absent: Bliss, Cornish, Fox and Upton

Others Present: Bendzinski, Fecho and McGow

Bobby Bendzinski, Financial Consultant and Patrick McGow, Miller Canfield, explained the bond recommendation motion and answered questions from Board Members.

Luckhardt moved and Colvin seconded a motion requesting the Township Board to issue 2006 Downtown Development Bonds and declaring intent to reimbursement. (See the attached full text of the resolution.)

Roll Call: Bliss Absent, Colvin Yes, Cornish Absent, Fox Absent, Holland yes, Luckhardt Yes, Nielsen Yes, Upton Absent, Weaver Yes. The motion passed.

Fecho explained the need to fund soil borings and answered questions from Board members.

Holland moved and Luckhardt seconded a motion to approve funding of the cost of soil borings in preparation for sewer construction and replacement in an amount not to exceed $10,900.00.

Roll Call: Bliss Absent, Colvin Yes, Cornish Absent, Fox Absent, Holland yes, Luckhardt Yes, Nielsen Yes, Upton Absent, Weaver Yes. The motion passed.

Holland moved and Nielsen seconded a motion to adjourn at 5: 52 PM. All members present approved the motion by voice vote.
