Township of Scio, Michigan

Pet owners can no longer purchase their dog license at the Scio Township office.  The licenses can be processed on-line. The applications along with the proof of rabies vaccination and a check will be mailed to the county treasurer in envelopes provided and the tag will then be mailed to the owner by the County. If you have problems in processing the license on-line, Township staff will be happy to assist you.

Owners also have the option to purchase the license on-line at dogs.ewashtenaw.org or  click here to link now, however a credit card must be used.  Here are the steps to follow –

Go to the website, click on the paw, fill in the information about your dog, enter in credit card information, upload or fax rabies certificate to: (724) 222-6632.

Though this is a significant change, it is going to lead to better service for pet owners.  Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
